A little about Totaranui and why it is a special place for us

Totaranui is a beautiful long golden beach with a large campground just in from the sea. It's the perfect place for a holiday so we encourage you to come for a couple of days if you are able to.

Totaranui a very special place to us as we have spent a lot of time there together over the last 10 years. Stacey has been to Totaranui with her family almost every year from when she was just 3 months old!

On 31/12/17 while camping at Totaranui, we went on an adventure to Kaiteri where we caught a boat up to Medlands Beach and walked to Anchorage via the beautiful Cleopatra's pool. It was on this walk that Doug proposed!

Accommodation Ideas

There are many options - if you want your own space but are not keen campers, we recommend basing yourselves at a bach over the hill and crashing in one of our spare tents for the night of the wedding. That way you can make the most of the celebrations! There is also limited space in the homestead.

We're happy to help you figure out a plan that works for you - so let us know!
